I am a sports mentor/sports trainer/technical sports coach for youth as well as a qualified outdoor instructor. So whether you are in a team, an individual or even in an Outdoor Ed class at school... I have the necessary skills to guide you forward and help you out. 

We will work on the importance of being prepared and design smart, specific, attainable goals together. Together we shall find the best way you learn and work towards the dreams that you are holding onto for your future in sport and the outdoors. As well, we will discover what level you are currently performing at.  

I am successful in encouraging and motivating young adults. I am able to provide the opportunity for them to enjoy what they are doing so that they can reach their best potential and even raise the bar through participating in a positive learning environment. It maybe a kick start, or helping get ahead?! We can work it out no worries and if I can't work it out, I have a vast professional network that I can tap into to get the answers.

I have worked with sporting disciplines including: rugby teams, swimmers, netball, windsurfers, soccer, cross country runners, kayakers and many more. My skills are diverse enough to allow me to mold/design the right session for the right code. My fundamental design suits an array of personalities and my skills in training have been shaped over years of being involved in  multi-faceted sporting ventures.

I can come to you, meet you at a desired destination and I am willing to travel far and wide.
